The Technical Application Consultant (GRC & Corporate Governance Systems) is responsible for the end-to-end implementation, technical configuration, optimization, and lifecycle management of the enterprise applications.

While a primary pillar of this role involves leading and executing implementations within the ServiceNow platform—specifically for Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules —the ideal candidate will act as a versatile systems consultant. They will oversee a diverse ecosystem of third-party SaaS solutions and automated integrations spanning Legal Entity Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Transaction Monitoring.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for ServiceNow IRM and TPRM modules.

• Hands-on configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow risk modules, workflows, and risk statements to directly align with corporate governance guidelines and compliance standards.

• Design technical solution designs, architectural records, and manage solution documentation following a fit-to-standard approach to protect platform integrity.

• Assume technical ownership and coordination for a diverse suite of Corporate Governance applications, ensuring platform stability and availability.

• Legal, Contract & Signature Management, Compliance & Risk Screening, Audit & Reporting Infrastructure and Corporate Ops Platforms 

• Manage second- and third-level production support requests, troubleshooting system behaviors and coordinating resolutions with external software vendors or internal engineering teams. 

• Conduct structured workshops with business stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Audit to translate complex process requirements into flawless system configurations.

• Design and deploy scalable, cloud-native system integration paths leveraging modern software interaction patterns like REST APIs.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical records, playbooks, configuration guides, and onboarding paths to ensure high operational excellence.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF…

• Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform configuration and administration, specifically focusing on the deployment lifecycle of the GRC/IRM and TPRM ecosystem.

• Enterprise Application Management: Strong track record in the technical integration, administration, and support of cross-functional enterprise SaaS platforms.

• Integration Methodologies: Profound knowledge of software integration standards, data-mapping, and interacting with REST APIs.

• Platform/Scripting Basics: Fluency or working literacy in at least one or more programming/scripting languages or infrastructure toolsets (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL, Bash/PowerShell, or AWS environments) to handle basic automation and data queries.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent combination of relevant technical certifications.

• Exceptional ability to map a clear execution plan out of ambiguous problem statements, floating timelines, or evolving regulatory landscapes.

• Confident interpersonal skills to interact with senior cross-functional leads, challenge current workflows constructively, and translate pure technical issues into measurable business impact.

• Strong sense of personal ownership to drive standalone tasks paired with a constructive, solution-focused teamwork mindset.
