Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is now hiring a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide exceptional home healthcare throughout the Quincy, MA area.

What You'll Do

As a Home Care Occupational Therapist, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care in patients' homes, including:

• Evaluating patients' functional abilities and developing personalized treatment plans
• Improving activities of daily living (ADLs) and promoting independence
• Conducting home safety assessments and recommending adaptive equipment or home modifications
• Providing therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve strength, coordination, and mobility
• Educating patients and caregivers on techniques to maximize safety and function
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Completing accurate, timely electronic documentation

Requirements

Need to have:

* Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist (OTR) license

* Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience

* Afternoon availability

Nice to Have:

* Previous home care experience

* Monday–Friday availability
