**Senior Account Manager External Asset Manager**

## Aufgaben

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting external asset managers (EAM) / Independently managing, expanding, and maintaining an EAM client portfolio / Supporting EAM clients in developing solutions and processes—both in collaboration with the Advisory and Research teams to create customized investment solutions, and with Risk Management and IT / Reviewing and monitoring client orders / Monitoring credit lines and investment maturities / Overseeing administrative matters / Maintaining professional communication, providing prompt service, and marketing the services offered / Ensuring a high standard of service as the foundation for sustainable client relationships / Managing retrocessions and associated commissions / Periodically reviewing the EAM client portfolio, including the evaluation of EAM clients / Continuous acquisition and onboarding of new EAM clients / Regular review and optimization of the service portfolio and collaboration on the further development of marketing events / Ensuring compliance with EAM clients based on legal requirements such as KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, MiFID, etc. / Advising EAM clients based on the bank’s compliance standards and in accordance with best practices / Planning and conducting training sessions as needed.

## Qualifikation

HF, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking & Finance / AZEK, CFA, or CWMA certification preferred / Solid experience in serving EAM clients / Proven track record of building new client relationships / Sales-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial thinking / Ability to identify and interpret client needs / In-depth knowledge of investment products across all asset classes and the composition of investment portfolios / Strong service orientation with a focus on fast turnaround times and high quality / In-depth knowledge of compliance, including cross-border matters / Integrity, initiative, a high level of commitment, and a strong sense of responsibility / Strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for multitasking / Interest in giving presentations / Proficiency with IT and Microsoft Office / German and English.
