Description

The purpose of the Lake Forest Recreation Department’s Youth Athletics is to provide young people with a safe and enjoyable athletic experience with emphasis on sportsmanship and fair play. All participants will be instructed in the fundamental skills of the sport including positioning, rules and basic strategy. Fundamental playing rules will be taught
and enforced at a rate that is suitable to each age level. All players will be assured of playing at least 50% of each game and the opportunity to play every position with regular practice attendance.


Coach 8-14 Kids Ranging From 7-14 Years Old
Experience coaching Football, Basketball, and Baseball
Communication with Team Parents
Implementing Lake Forest Recreation Department Philosophies
Preferred:
Coaching Experience
Playing Experience
A Strong Desire to Work With Kids

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license

and possess strong skills in:

Organization
Customer Service
Management
Communication 


This is a part-time, seasonal position with The Lake Forest Parks & Recreation Department.
