We are seeking a college student pursuing a degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Turfgrass Management, Horticulture, or a related field with an interest in sales and business development.
Overall, we are looking for someone with strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills; the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively; analytical and problem-solving abilities; intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn; a self-starter who is eager to contribute ideas and collaborate with others; and someone who brings their full self to work each day. We want to help you grow, and we want to learn from you, too.

- Exposure to sales planning, territory management, and customer success strategies
- Mentorship from experienced sales professionals and business leaders
- A deeper understanding of how sales organizations create value for customers and drive profitable growth
- Real-world experience contributing to projects that support customer engagement, business development, and long-term commercial success
