Senior Engineer

Position: Senior Engineer
Salary: Negotiation 

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation master data (monthly)  
• Job site survey and make report (before install) 
• Make BOQ for local materials (by project) and Template setting calculation (by project) 
• Materials request and inventory for project (by project) 
• Overall installation schedule (before project start) - Installation progressive report (Daily) Monitor work processed 
• Unloading/delivery certificate to (customer sign) 
• Weekly update meeting report and Monthly Safety patrol 
• Coordinate with owner, Main contractor for installation progressive 
• Control installation quality and safety follow Mitsubishi standard as well 
• Calculate load function area/equipment for loading equipment in job site 
• Control projects cost and expense and installation tools as well 
• Handing over elevator and escalator & Completed installation report to (customer sign)

Main Requirement:

• Product: Elevator/Escalator & Spare Part
• Educa on: Civil or Mechanical Engineer
• Senior Engineer skilled in Mechanic and at least 5 years in construction of Elevator, Escalator installation business 
• Engineer skilled in Mechanic is at least 3 years in construction of Elevator, Escalator installation 
• Engineer skilled in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years related to construction of Elevator, Escalator installation 
• Knowledge for project process and project issues (Project problem solving)
• Supervise installation activities to ensure that all established quality requirements are met or exceeded. 
• There is experience in controlling working tools and know the shop for preparing and repair as well.
