Play an important role in maintaining accurate and compliant compensation and benefits information. You’ll handle sensitive employee data, review and audit salary and claims records, and help identify and resolve discrepancies. What You’ll Do
- Accurately compile, verify, and input claim-related data into internal systems.
- Ensure all data entry activities comply with legislation, company policies, and privacy standards.
- Review and audit information to identify inconsistencies or missing details.
- Coordinate with claims staff via email or phone to resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date records and documentation to support timely claim completion.
Key Criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder.
- Available to join on 26th October 2026.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Relevant data entry or administrative experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Willing to work onsite during morning or mid shifts.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6AM - 3PM or 3PM - 12AM PHT) with a hybrid setup after a 6-month onsite probation.
