ABOUT THE POSITION

Associate Clerk is responsible for receiving of product, maintaining of inventory, and issuing of product to the floor. Must maintain FIFO inventory structure when applicable, perform cycle counts, and ensure inventory is accurate in all storage locations. This function will have direct interface with contracts, accounting, program management, SCM, engineering, carriers, and other EPT facilities on a routine basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintains receiving files and reports figures as needed
• Electronically enters receipts into ERP system
• Monitors inventory of supplies
• Sorts, counts, and checks goods received against bills of lading, purchase orders, etc.
• Allocates materials, supplies and other received goods to shelves, racks or floor locations
• Maintains computerized inventory control to ensure physical inventory matches electronic data in ERP system
• Performs weekly cycle counts
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High Scholl Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a U.S. Persons
• Experience operating a forklift
• Experience operating standard manual and automatic equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential
