About the team:
The team collaborates across functions with merchants, planning, and replenishment to develop and execute strategies for key seasonal events. They focus on data-driven decision making and category strategy to optimize product placement and customer experience. Responsibilities include managing modular design layouts, validating execution accuracy, and driving continuous process improvements. Leveraging strong project coordination, resource allocation, and communication skills, the team ensures alignment with category goals while maintaining accountability. Their efforts deliver measurable results through effective workload planning, execution oversight, and ongoing refinement of practices to support operational excellence.
What you'll do:

• Plan and balance workload assignments to optimize resource allocation and meet project milestones.
• Coordinate daily execution activities, managing timelines, dependencies, and team resources effectively.
• Provide expert guidance on modular execution standards and ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.
• Track progress, identify risks, and remove obstacles to maintain schedule and quality expectations.
• Translate leadership and analyst requirements into clear, actionable execution plans.
• Capture feedback and performance data to drive continuous process improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
