Apollo Technical has an immediate need for a Mechanical Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our fast-paced, highly technical team. In this role, you will design complex HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems while producing fully coordinated construction drawings for mission-critical projects. You will combine strong analytical skills with collaborative communication to deliver technical excellence for data centers, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or industrial environments
Key Responsibilities

System Design & Modeling: Design HVAC, plumbing (domestic water, sanitary, vent, specialty piping), and performance-based fire protection/controls for complex facility types.

Engineering Calculations: Perform heating/cooling loads, psychrometric, duct static, pump head, ventilation, and CFD modeling calculations.

Drawing Production: Develop highly detailed construction drawings integrated across all engineering disciplines.

Code & Compliance: Conduct thorough building code analysis to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Team & Client Coordination: Communicate schedules, goals, and technical challenges to internal teams and external project partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) with 3–7 years of MEP consulting experience.

Certifications: EIT certification or active pursuit of PE licensure preferred.

Software Expertise: Required proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Trace 3D Plus, Pipe-Flo, and MS Office. Experience with CFD tools (FloEFD, 6Sigma, Star CCM) is a strong plus.

Technical Depth: Familiarity with data center, healthcare, lab, or industrial facility design.
