  • Establish decision principles for CRM design, data model changes, workflow improvements, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure Salesforce supports diagnostics business models, including capital equipment sales, reagent rental agreements, service contracts, consumables, tender-driven business, distributor channels, and multi-year customer partnerships.

Stakeholder Alignment & Governance

  • Engage commercial leadership, sales management, marketing, service, finance, IT, and regional stakeholders to align on priorities and product decisions.
  • Facilitate governance forums to review roadmap priorities, enhancement requests, change impacts, risks, and adoption performance.
  • Represent the business in steering discussions, vendor reviews, design decisions, and release approvals.
  • Provide clear communication on product direction, delivery trade-offs, timelines, and expected business outcomes.

Adoption, Data Quality & Performance Management

  • Define adoption, usability, and data quality expectations for Salesforce capabilities.
  • Identify root causes of adoption gaps and sponsor corrective actions with regions, sales leadership, training teams, and CRM support teams.
  • Ensure reporting and dashboards support commercial decision-making and management routines.

Qualifications: Education

  • Advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred.

Experience required:
