Position Overview
We are seeking a therapist to join our growing, collaborative team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about mental health care, bring strong clinical skills, and are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
We welcome candidates who are working toward full licensure and offer high-quality clinical supervision within a supportive and team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and ASAM assessments to identify client needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded care
- Participate in case consultations and treatment planning meetings
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Provide crisis intervention services when needed
- Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited program
- Current, unrestricted licensure in the state of Utah
- Experience in outpatient, community-based mental health, substance use treatment, and/or domestic violence services preferred
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, Simple Practice a plus
- MRT and/or DV certification preferred, but not required
