Description
GRAIL is seeking a Health System Partnerships Associate Director to lead the integration and expansion of GRAIL products and services within selected health systems and key strategic partners.
In this role, you will own the strategic vision and growth of partnerships across assigned healthcare institutions, representing GRAIL’s product portfolio. You will engage with executive and operational leaders within health systems to implement high-value programs, identify opportunities to broaden access across patient populations and care settings, and drive execution against shared goals. This role will shape account-level strategy and growth plans in close partnership with Director-level leadership, ensuring alignment with broader market access priorities.
The ideal candidate brings strong account management experience and deep healthcare ecosystem knowledge, an ability to influence executive-level cross-functional stakeholders, and a demonstrated track record of executing complex initiatives within healthcare systems. Success in this role requires balancing long-term partnership objectives with near-term performance goals while navigating the healthcare ecosystem effectively.
You will be accountable for the growth of Galleri across assigned accounts. You will lead system negotiations and contracting efforts, forecasting, and develop comprehensive pull-through strategies while working closely with internal stakeholders across field, market access, and marketing teams. You will also collaborate with payer and employer partnership teams to help identify and advance access opportunities.
Candidates will be selected based on their ability to contribute to a high-performing team culture grounded in trust, accountability, and a shared mission to expand access to breakthrough cancer early detection technology across the U.S.
This is a remote based role and covers institutions in the Eastern U.S. You will be approved to work from your City and State within the US. While your primary workplace is your home, you must be able to travel a minimum of 30% of the time to a GRAIL office, customer location, or other locations to perform your work or attend team-related events.
