CNA PCA Caregiver Flexible Schedule

Sharp Home Care is hiring dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants, Personal Care Assistants, and Caregivers to provide one on one, non medical support to seniors and adults in their homes throughout Marietta, Roswell, Austell, Powder Springs, Woodstock, and surrounding Cobb County communities.

Pay

Weekend shifts start at $18.15 to $19.36 per hour

Weekday shifts start at $17.60 to $18.50 per hour

Pay rates vary based on the client assignment and scheduled shift.

Current Opportunities

We are currently accepting applications from CNAs, PCAs, and Caregivers who are interested in flexible home care assignments.

Available opportunities may include weekday mornings, daytime shifts, weekends, PRN coverage, and open assignments. Shift lengths and schedules vary according to client needs, location, and caregiver availability.

Part time, supplemental, and potential full time schedules may become available as new client cases are added.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help clients maintain independence and follow their daily routines
• Assist with light meal preparation and routine household tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Follow individualized care and service plans
• Complete required documentation accurately
• Communicate client needs and concerns with families and the Sharp Home Care team
• Provide respectful and professional one on one client care

Qualifications

We welcome candidates with experience as a:

• Certified Nursing Assistant
• Personal Care Assistant
• Caregiver
• Home Health Aide
• Companion Caregiver
• Direct Support Professional

Previous experience in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital care, or another healthcare setting is preferred.

Additional qualifications include:

• Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance
• Dependable attendance
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Compassionate, professional, and dependable approach to client care
