Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Account Receivable, leads the execution of business plans by overseeing accounts receivable processes, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, and driving operational excellence. This role involves managing internal controls, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize performance and mitigate risks. The position requires strong leadership to develop and mentor teams, implement process improvements, and support continuous learning. The incumbent will also liaise with technology partners to align systems with regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and data management.

About the team:
The Accounts Receivable team is essential in maintaining the organization’s financial integrity by managing the full cycle of incoming payments and customer account reconciliation. The team handles accurate billing, dispute resolution, cash application, and collections management while ensuring transparent transactions and a clean general ledger. Collaboration fosters high standards of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. This environment encourages professional growth and innovation, strengthening financial health through effective stakeholder engagement and project management. What you'll do...

  • Lead and oversee the accounts receivable function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.
  • Develop and implement business plans, removing obstacles to optimize team performance and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify risks, recommend process improvements, and support decision-making.
  • Manage month-end close activities
  • Partner with IT to optimize systems
  • Use AI/ML to improve heavily manual processes

What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience in accounts receivable management and data analysis within complex business environments.
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls, regulatory frameworks, and accounting standards including GAAP and international reporting requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and foster a performance-driven, collaborative work environment.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, including effective communication and partnership building across functions.
  • Proficiency in data management, automation tools, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated capability to analyze financial data and implement process improvements aligned with business strategy.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
