SUMMARY:

  • This position is responsible for, but not limited to, providing site quality leadership and support to ensure total customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • New product quality design, development and promotion.
  • Mass production quality management and promotion.
  • Customer complaint handling with fast and professional response.
  • MSOP creation and upgrading.
  • PPAP documentation creation and management.
  • COPQ reduction and quality continuous improvement.
  • Closed to customers to get VOC and drive internal improvement.
  • Quality improvement owner throughout the whole life of product.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good written and oral English skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Project management proven skills.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt with successful project experiences.
  • Good knowledge and practice for IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.
  • Good knowledge of magnetic material products or inductors or equivalent.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical field or business, master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality and/or Manufacturing.
  • Over 3 years of senior quality engineer or quality supervisor experience.
