The FP&A team lead will take the lead in developing financial plans, budget models, and forecasts to guide the company's future performance. You will work closely with department heads to analyze business performance and present actionable insights that drive financial efficiency and growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budget development and monthly forecasting.
- Collaborate with department leaders to build and refine financial models that accurately represent operational performance
- Prepare presentations and materials for executive meetings regarding budget performance and financial outlook.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports, ensuring consistency and transparency in reporting.
- Identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement; provide meaningful insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Support strategic initiatives by developing financial scenarios and conducting models for potential projects and investments.
- Enhance FP&A processes by implementing automation tools and best practices.
- Participate in the implementation of an ERP system to streamline financial reporting and operational processes.
