Day ShiftDescription:
Facilities Maintenance Lead
Provide architectural engineering and maintenance services to all hospital departments. Coordinate renovation and new construction projects while ensuring compliance with healthcare facility standards, safety requirements, and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
Coordinate hospital renovation and construction projects from planning through completion.
Collaborate with department leaders, contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Assist with facility maintenance planning and capital improvement initiatives.
Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
Review project drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
Support operational continuity during renovation and construction activities.
Education Requirements
Associate degree in Construction Technology preferred.
Three (3) years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of High School education.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in architectural maintenance, facilities management, construction project management, or a related field.
Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Healthcare facilities experience preferred.

Pay Range:
$30.00 - $40.02
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.”
