- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at the front desk of a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Greet visitors, verify identification and appointment information, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor credentials in accordance with site requirements.
- Monitor access to the facility, direct guests to appropriate areas, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
- Assist with front-desk communications, including answering phones, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate security-related records.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Have 3 or more years of experience as a military police officer, corrections officer, or armed security-related professional, or be a certified law enforcement graduate.
- Possess an Armed Guard Card or license.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
