Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide specialized wound care across an established network of skilled nursing facilities throughout Shoreline and Central Connecticut. This position offers a flexible weekday schedule with no call and requires independent practice across multiple facilities.

• Typical Patient Volume Of 90-100 Patients Per Week
• Productivity-Based Compensation With Bi-Weekly Bonuses
• Approximately $170,000 Annual Earning Potential Through Patient Volume
• Established EMR - DocNow
• Mileage Reimbursement Beyond Eligible Commuting Distance

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary Starting At $135,000
• Bi-Weekly Productivity Bonuses
• Quarterly Procedural Bonus
• Opportunity To Earn Approximately $170,000 Annually Through Patient Volume

SCHEDULE
• Flexible Weekday Schedule
• No Call
• Independently Managed Schedule Across Multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities

ROLE
• Provide Specialized Wound Care
• Perform Debridement
• Practice Independently Across Multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Manage A Typical Patient Volume Of 90-100 Patients Per Week
• Build Long-Term Relationships With Patients And Facilities
• Work Alongside Experienced Clinical Teams
• Document Care Using DocNow EMR

Requirements

Requirements
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner REQUIRED
• Active Connecticut APRN License Or Eligibility For Connecticut APRN Licensure REQUIRED
• Wound Care Experience REQUIRED
• Debridement Experience REQUIRED
• Comfortable Practicing Independently Across Multiple Facilities REQUIRED

Preferred
• Skilled Nursing Experience Preferred
