Expression of Interest for Technical Success Manager, LATAM

While we may not have an immediate opening, we're building a pipeline of talented individuals interested in future Technical Success Manager (TSM) opportunities across the LATAM region. As a Technical Success Manager, you would serve as a trusted advisor to customer security and IT teams, helping them successfully adopt and operationalize cybersecurity solutions. You'll partner closely with customers to drive technical value realization, strengthen adoption, mitigate risk, and support long-term success.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and Support teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes and maximize the impact of their cybersecurity programs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Building trusted relationships with customer security, IT, and technical stakeholders.
- Developing technical success plans that drive adoption, value realization, and operational maturity.
- Identifying strategic use cases that embed cybersecurity technology into daily workflows.
- Monitoring customer health, engagement, and adoption metrics to proactively address risks and challenges.
- Helping customers accelerate time-to-value and achieve their desired business and security outcomes.
- Partnering with internal teams to support customer retention, growth, and overall success.
- Acting as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback, requirements, and opportunities across the organization.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Consultant, Technical Consultant, or similar.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, or related technology environments.
- Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
- Experience driving customer adoption, retention, and long-term success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working across global teams.
