Temporary 12-month position
As an Analyst on the Agency Quality and Oversight team, you actively support the improvement of the Agent Network’s Quality and Oversight results. Through your knowledge of the operational realities of agencies, specifically Company, Regulatory, and Legal expectations, you will support agent adherence, and execute on investigations, when necessary. You will be expected to support our Regional Oversight Leaders with granular and detailed analysis, and work in collaboration with partners across DGIG and WHMLI. Your work is based on facts, you demonstrate courage and the ability to navigate highly sensitive and complex matter. More specifically, you will be required to:
Support the oversight of Agents to ensure Company, Regulatory and Legal expectations are met
Monitor trends to identify and address opportunities related to quality management activities and provide support to protect our organization and clients
Identify, analyze, diagnose, and address major issues and provide recommendations on next steps
Identify Quality and Oversight findings, accompanied by recommending action items and next steps

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of three years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Intermediate experience with Company, Regulatory, and Legal expectations
Intermediate experience collaborating with Distribution Compliance and DGIG Legal on complex and sensitive matters
Intermediate experience partnering with the Client Complaint Management Centre (CCMC)
Intermediate operational knowledge of agents facing tools, systems, and processes or relevant organizational tools/systems and processes
Intermediate operational knowledge of P&C (Personal Lines and Commercial Lines)
Intermediate knowledge of Life insurance and has obtained their LLQP
