  • Support testing with real-time systems monitoring and lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve system discrepancies.
  • Identify test planning and schedule risks, issues, and/or constraints and develop mitigation and closure plans.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the assigned discipline as well as the integration process across the entire lifecycle of the test program
  • Support all aspects of the organization (SEIT, REs, ROs, SYSIII testers) as the test/integration focal point
  • Interface with the requirements stakeholders (SEIT, Test, MS, VMS, REs) to analyze the system requirements for testability
  • Support the generation of the Verification Requirements and ensure testability by doing deep dives with the design team
  • Actively participate in the creation of SYSIII Integration Procedures and support SYSIII Formal Test Procedures development
  • Develop program test and verification strategy integrating Sector policy, risks and statement of work and ensuring compliance
  • Identify program risks, participate in risk reviews and develop mitigation plans for SEIT IPT
  • Develop SEIT Integration deliverables for major and minor program milestones (SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, TIMs), proposals and change management assessments
  • Perform system and segment level requirements analysis including allocating requirements verification methodology
  • Work in a variety of integration environments and phases including but not limited to Design, Planning, Lab Test and Flight Test.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelors of Science degree in a STEM field and at least 12 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a Master's Degree in a STEM field and at least 10 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a PhD and at least 8 years of relevant military / professional experience
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in technical execution and at least 2 years of experience leading a technical team

  • Experience Leading Test Planning Working Groups.
  • Experience with NAVAIR or developing SYS IV 3960 Test Plans
