Sr. SharePoint Developer / Graphic Design Support

Overview

Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Sr. SharePoint Developer / Graphic Design Support role on a 10 year contract providing User Facing and Data Center Services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. All the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission.

The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development, enhancement, and maintenance of internal and external SharePoint sites.
• Improves the visual design, layout, branding, and usability of SharePoint pages and published content.
• Creates and maintains visually compelling digital products that improve information sharing and user engagement.
• Provides graphic design, publishing, and media support for a wide variety of materials, including layouts, illustrations, charts, graphs, logos, infographics, and photos.
• Creates and edits visual content for strategic plans, leadership briefs, training materials, outreach products, and general information pages.
• Works closely with leadership and stakeholders to enhance organizational content, reports, briefs, dashboards, and other user-facing products.
• Applies modern design principles to improve readability, accessibility, consistency, and overall presentation across SharePoint-hosted content.
• Supports SharePoint branding, customization, and page design using front-end web technologies and platform-native capabilities.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to standardize templates, page layouts, and visual identity across sites and publications.
• Translates complex information into intuitive and visually effective content for a broad range of users.

Qualifications

Clearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.

 

Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree  (Additional Education, Training, Certifications or Work Experience can be substituted in lieu of degree or work experience).

• 10+ years of related SharePoint development experience.
• 5 years of experience in analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications.
• 3–5 years of experience with SharePoint 2019 or SharePoint SE.

Required Certifications:

• 8140.01M IAT Level II certification.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience supporting SharePoint branding, page design, and user experience improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in graphic design, infographic creation, and visual content development.
• Experience partnering with leadership, content owners, and technical teams to create polished, mission-focused digital products.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple taskings and stakeholder needs.
• Experience creating and customizing SharePoint workflows in SharePoint Designer.
• Experience creating customized InfoPath forms.
• Experience building and supporting all aspects of SharePoint, including sites, site collections, master pages, templates, web parts, content types and policies, lists, libraries, workflows, authentication, security groups, permissions, and customizations.
• Familiarity with third-party SharePoint applications.
• Experience with SharePoint templates, customization, branding, and web development, including HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, CAML, and JavaScript.
• Strong SharePoint troubleshooting skills.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Strong user interaction, requirements gathering, and business analysis skills.
• Understanding of SharePoint business intelligence capabilities.
• Understanding of PKI infrastructure and certificates.
• Experience with PowerShell SharePoint module and scripting.
• Experience with SharePoint application architecture and information management.
• Experience using SharePoint for document management and website publishing.
• Experience in graphic design, visual communications, page layout, branding, and publication support.
• Experience creating infographics, charts, dashboards, and other visual products for executive or organizational audiences.
• Ability to balance technical SharePoint development with business-facing design and publishing requirements.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.
