Site Supervisor – Lancaster, CA

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team in Lancaster, California, where you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, developing technicians, and fostering a safe, high-performing work environment.

Location: Lancaster, CA (onsite)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, shift schedule (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

What You'll Do

As a Site Supervisor, you will help ensure the efficient operation of the site while supporting technician development and creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities with a strong commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence.
• Support, coach, and develop technicians through ongoing mentorship, training, and career development opportunities.
• Champion technician growth and advancement through participation in development programs and skill-building initiatives.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Assist with workforce scheduling, timekeeping accuracy, and administrative processes.
• Monitor operating budgets, identify variances, and collaborate with leadership on corrective actions and forecasting.
• Support monthly budget planning and year-end forecasting activities.
• Work collaboratively with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, regulatory standards, and environmental obligations.
• Serve as a point of contact for site-related concerns, including landowner and community inquiries.
• Support warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and material tracking.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and site performance.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in electrical, electronic, mechanical, industrial, or related industries.
• Experience in operations, maintenance, industrial operations, manufacturing, energy, utilities, or related environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business applications.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a power generation, renewable energy, utility, industrial, or similar environment.
• Prior experience providing leadership, coaching, mentoring, or supervision.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), including SAP.
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, or site administration.
• Demonstrated customer service mindset and ability to build positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $75,000 and $90,100/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes annual bonus. The benefits offered for this position are: medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) eligibility, and paid time off (including vacation, sick leave time, and parental leave).
