Your role

At Franka Robotics, we empower researchers worldwide to shape the future of physical AI. We are now bringing that mission into the classroom. We believe intelligent robots will soon be part of our daily lives, the ones who embrace them will have an advantage. We are looking for a Program Lead to build and scale a robotics-based learning program in partnership with institutions, starting with a pilot and working toward a broader, independently verified program.

You will own this end-to-end: the relationships the program depends on, and the day-to-day execution that turns it into something real. This is hands-on work. You will lead the delivery team you assemble, and you will also be in it, doing the outreach, the partner conversations, and the coordination yourself.

Your core mission is to turn an open brief into a credible, independently evaluated, scalable program, building the partnerships and the delivery engine at the same time. Your responsibilities include:

Program Delivery

• Set and hold scope, budget, and timeline for the curriculum design and build.
• Decide and drive how the supporting technology gets built.
• Oversee delivery in the classroom, where the program either works or it does not.

Team & Partnerships

• Recruit and coordinate with the core delivery team, spanning the functions needed to design credible content, deliver it in the classroom, and bring the program to a wider audience.
• Build relationships with advisors and institutional partners who can open doors.
• Negotiate terms with each partner.

Evaluation, Funding & Scale

• Engage independent evaluation partners and shape how the program's impact is measured.
• Lead grant applications, including those that fund the independent evaluation and those that depend on its results.

Your experience and qualifications

• 3+ years of project or program management experience working with multiple external stakeholders, whether partners, vendors, or institutional counterparts, against a defined scope, budget, and timeline
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing external partnerships.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams of four or more people toward a shared deadline.
• Experience owning program metrics and reporting, tracking progress, and producing reports for internal and external audiences
•  Experience with schools, education institutions, or education sector grant and evaluation processes is a significant plus
• Having taken a program from pilot through to scale is a strong differentiator
• An existing network among education researchers, school leadership, or education policy and advisory circles is welcome, as well as experience with grant applications, working alongside a grant writer.
