On the Lookout for a Rockstar Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!
- Position: 8:00-5:30 Monday-Friday
- Location: Daycare - 7597 Taylor Rd, Riverdale, GA 30274
- Compensation: $30+ per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do
- Deliver individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s goals and strengths.
- Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to track progress and guide next steps.
- Collaborate closely with your BCBA to ensure thoughtful, data-driven treatment decisions.
- Provide behavior support and assist with crisis intervention when necessary.
- Work across homes, schools, and clinic settings to support clients where they thrive best.
What You Bring
- Active RBT certification.
- Willingness to obtain CPR certification upon hire (if not already certified).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Experience supporting individuals in home, school, or clinical environments.
- A genuine commitment to helping individuals with autism and empowering families.
- Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
