About the Team

Our Client Services Framework (CSF) team delivers critical banking communications and customer engagement solutions, including statements, notices, electronic document delivery, and customer-facing correspondence. The team partners closely with financial institutions, implementation teams, product development, and operations to deliver high-quality solutions that support evolving client needs and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

As a Senior Lead Software Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for delivering client-funded enhancements, production implementations, and strategic technology initiatives. This role acts as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, development teams, and operations to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing platform excellence.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the delivery of client-funded software enhancements and solution implementations.
• Manage project requirements, effort estimation, testing coordination, and release planning.
• Partner with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Coordinate implementation activities across development, quality assurance, operations, and support teams.
• Drive change management and production deployment activities.
• Facilitate client onboarding and ensure successful implementation outcomes.
• Monitor production performance and support issue resolution efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery processes and solution quality.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions meet client expectations, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience leading software delivery and implementation projects within financial services or fintech environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and production support processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating efforts across business, technology, and operations teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives from concept through production deployment.

Technical Skills

Experience with one or more of the following technologies is preferred:

• Mainframe technologies and production processing environments.
• JCL (Job Control Language).
• COBOL-based applications.
• Enterprise batch processing and document generation solutions.
• Banking communications, statements, notices, or customer correspondence platforms.
• Electronic document delivery and customer communication technologies.

Added Bonus If You Have

• Experience supporting banking, payments, or financial services applications.
• Knowledge of customer communication management (CCM) platforms.
• Experience with large-scale production implementations and client conversions.
• Background in document delivery, statement processing, or regulated customer communications.
• Experience leading client-facing technology initiatives.
