Qualifications:

DDS or DMD and completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
Eligible for or currently hold a New York dental license
Currently practicing Endodontists strongly preferred
Ability and willingness to participate with applicable insurance networks
Available to join the practice as soon as possible
