Schedule: Monday - Thursday (7:00A - 5:30P); Fridays as needed based on operational needs

Position Summary
The Scheduling and Data Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate production data, developing and updating production schedules, coordinating information across departments, and suporting production and delivery objectives. This position works closely with foundry supervisors and other operational teams to monitor production progress, address scheduling needs, and help ensure production requirements and customer commitments are met.

Position Summary

This position works closely with foundry supervisors and other operational teams to monitor production progress, address scheduling needs, and help ensure production requirements and customer commitments are met.
Essential Job Functions
- Ensure production data is entered completely and in a timely and accurate manner
- Develop, maintain, and update daily prodution schedules to support operational objectives
- Collaborate closely with foundry supervisors to monitor production progress and proactively adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments, including the Pattern Shop, Shipping, Quality, Customer Service, and other operational teams, to promote efficient workflow and clear communication
- Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts to support inventory accuracy
- Provide support to Shipping as needed, including assistance with shipping operations and documentation
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with SyteLine or another ERP system preferred
- Previous experience in production scheduling, prodution control, inventory control, data entry, or a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Work independently while following established procedures and priorities
- Position is primarily office-based but requires regular interaction with manufacturing and operational areas
- May require walking through a manufacturing/foundry environment that may be hot, cold, noisy, dusty and subject to varying environmental conditions
- Must follow all company safety procedures and required personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements when entering production areas
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and perform other physical activities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonalbe accommodation.
