We are seeking an experienced Infusion RN Manager/Interim Administrator to help lead our Georgia operations, support home care licensure, and build the clinical foundation for a high-quality home infusion program.
This is a unique dual leadership opportunity for a Registered Nurse who understands home infusion, enjoys building programs and teams, and wants to influence how care is delivered from the very beginning.
As our Infusion RN Manager and Interim Administrator, you will help lead our efforts to obtain and maintain our Georgia home care license while developing the clinical infrastructure, relationships, processes, and team needed to build a strong home infusion program.

What You'll Do:
- Serve in the dual capacity of Infusion RN Manager and Interim Administrator for our Georgia operations.
- Lead day-to-day clinical and operational activities.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, program development, and growth initiatives.
- Foster a culture centered on quality, accountability, collaboration, and compassionate care.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, operational efficiencies, employee experience, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Recruiting, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and other organizational leaders.
- Help ensure operations meet applicable Georgia regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Monitor quality assurance, clinical outcomes, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Promote consistent documentation, clinical oversight, and adherence to established standards of care.
- Build strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, hospitals, case managers, and community organizations.
- Represent the organization professionally within the Georgia healthcare community.
- Help identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen referral partnerships.
- Support the development of a scalable home infusion program focused on clinical quality and an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Holds a current, active Georgia RN license in good standing
- Home infusion experience - required
- Has supervisory, management, or clinical leadership experience within a healthcare setting
- Is comfortable helping establish and improve clinical programs, policies, and processes
- Possesses strong leadership, organizational, critical-thinking, and communication skills
- Understands the importance of balancing regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, employee experience, and operational performance
- Is passionate about helping individuals receive high-quality care safely in their homes
- Wants to grow alongside an expanding organization
- Home care experience is strongly preferred
Infusion Therapy Experience May Include:
- Immunoglobulin therapy: IVIG and SCIG
- Specialty infusions and biologics, including Ocrevus, Tysabri, Briumvi, Prolastin-C, Vyepti, Ultomiris, Skyrizi, Inflectra, Simponi, Remicade, Fabrazyme, and other specialty therapies
- Medication classes including monoclonal antibodies, immunosuppressives, enzyme/protein replacement therapies, and immunomodulators
- Supportive therapies including hydration therapy, methylprednisolone, magnesium, potassium, and other prescribed therapies
- Acute therapies including TPN and IV antibiotics
- Home Infusion Pumps such as: Curlin, CADD-Solis, Sapphire, Freedom60.
- Infusion Device Types may include: Peripheral IV, Implanted port/Mediport, PICC, Subcutaneous injection/infusion
Other Desired Clinical Skills:
- Peripheral and central-line blood draws
- Central-line dressing changes
- Patient assessment and monitoring
- Patient and caregiver education
- Self-administration education and training
