Now Hiring: Automotive Service Dispatcher

• Pay: $65,000 – $75,000 per year. Actual pay offered may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, bonuses, and commission.

• Schedule: Full-time with a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Reports to Fixed Ops Manager

What You'll Do

• Schedule and prioritize shop workflow

• Assign work to qualified technicians

• Ensure warranty procedure compliance

• Enforce safety and housekeeping standards

• Review completed work and documentation

• Ensure vehicle inspections are completed

• Maintain warranty records and vehicle history

• Track dispatch logs and carryover vehicles

• Coordinate parts requirements with Parts Department

• Monitor repair quality, completion, and repair order closure

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience required.

• Strong understanding of dealership service operations, technician workflow, and repair order management.

• Experience using CDK or similar dealership management systems.

• BMW dealership experience is preferred. Previous automotive dealership experience is required

• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards
