Position Summary:
We on an exclusive and retained basis, searching for an individual to be responsible for all aspects of QA/QC to include: inspections, reporting, finish out and final CO delivery from a quality assurance standard across multiple multifamily/build to rent construction projects. This is a new, growth created opportunity as a direct result of the company's capital position, expansion in new community construction starts and deliveries, organic growth and succession planning. It is a highly visible role, being a key player on the construction operations team, with exposure across multiple markets across Texas in the high demand, high growth BTR/SFR industry sector.

They are an established, very well respected, privately held, regional (active projects and communities in 3 states), owner, investor and developer of ground up newly developed multifamily and build-to-rent communities. They have an established brand with an active and growing pipeline of new developments and communities (7 actively under construction with another 8-10+ in development) across the major markets in TX, CO, and are focused on continuing to build out a footprint in the Carolinas and expanding from there. They are very well capitalized, have a respected brand, incredible culture and are positioned for continued long-term growth, with plans to double their pipeline and AUM over the next 3-5 years.
