What you will be doing:

You’ll play an important role in keeping things running smoothly by following Franklin Electric’s quality standards, policies and guidelines.  You’ll be hands on producing 3 to 5 gallon water bottles.  You’ll stay active and safe while operating machinery and helping out with kit assembly or other tasks as needed.   

We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented machine operator with a strong work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality work. You should be dependable, precise, and capable of following detailed instructions to assemble parts and equipment efficiently. What you need:

·    High school diploma or GED (preferred)

·    0 - 3 years or more experience working in a manufacturing-type position (preferred)

·   Forklift Certification with 1-3 years or more of forklift experience (preferred) 

·   Punctual/dependable with great attendance

Physical demands for the job:

This role requires you to continually lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Continually stand, regularly required to walk. Occasionally required to sit; ascend or descend ladders, stairs, or ramps, turn wrenches, valves, or handles; bend or twist; use upper extremities/ reach above shoulders.
