Individuals in the Infrastructure Compliance Analyst role are responsible for the ServiceNow CMDB data integrity and server infrastructure Security Agents compliance. This role works closely with server application owners and support groups. Understanding of how ServiceNow integrates with other Applications and APIs. 

Individuals will also be responsible for ensuring Server agent installs are compliant and will require experience in installing agents across multiple operating systems. Writing scripts to automate such processes will be advantageous. 

Individuals will be expected to adhere to company standards and processes and have sufficient experience of ITSM processes such as change management, incident and request creation/tracking. 

  

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Maintains CIs to ensure CMDB accuracy and completeness. 

• Identifies process gaps, opportunities to improve and drive those to completion 

• Determines technical requirements’ impact on existing architecture, work processes, systems, and ongoing support.

• Determines requirements impact on existing architecture, work processes and systems. 

• Ensures Operating Systems comply with organization’s standards. 

• Ensures proper communication/review of requirements and integration for impacted areas.  

• Ensures completeness of technical requirements and functional architecture analysis for the design and implementation of system business solutions. 

• Works with analysts, architecture, and stakeholders to understand business needs, identify requirements gaps or issues.

• Experience installing agents across multiple operating systems. 

• Excellent analytical, and problem solving skills on maintaining CMDB data integrity. 

• Understanding of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping tools. 

• Expert knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB. 

• Good communication skills and must be able to work collaboratively with system users and other technical teams.

• Experience technically leading teams. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of a broad range of hardware and software products.  

• Relevant certification is required. 

• Typically requires 3+ years of relevant IT work experience.  

• Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. 

Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Ability Requirements 

• Experience with general IT concepts beyond their primary discipline 

• Understanding of ITSM. 

• Technical leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution. 

• Ability to prioritize workloads. 

• Exceptional presentation skills. 

• Good analytical skills with attention to detail. 

• Good interpersonal skills; effective team player. 

• Good analytical and problem solving skills. 

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems administration, IT infrastructure, or a related field required.

• Demonstrates advanced capability in a primary technical area (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, VMware) with growing breadth across related domains (e.g., Cloud compute, network infrastructure).

• Strong structured analysis skills to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex enterprise system outages.

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP)) preferred.

Salary (annual gross): 66,026 - 94,324 EUR
