Team Overview

Estamos buscando un/a Analista de Calidad Jr. responsable para el proceso de KYC de cashloan, credit card y cuenta.Esta persona deberá identificar áreas de oportunidad, solucionar problemas, proponer mejoras y comunicarse con el área de operaciones.El/La candidato/a ideal será una persona competente que sepa inspeccionar la calidad y dar retroalimentación al proceso.Tendrá un conocimiento profundo de los procesos inherentes a la responsabilidad del puesto y estará orientado/a y enfocado/a a resultados.El objetivo será asegurar que los monitoreos de calidad se lleven a cabo de manera productiva para garantizar el correcto proceso de cobranza.

Role Responsibilities

• Monitorear el proceso de operaciones de onboarding de KYC 
• Ofrecer retroalimentación y asesoramiento.
• Mantener un registro de las horas trabajadas 
• Proponer mejoras al proceso.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa y la normativa legal, y reportar cualquier desviación.

Role Qualifications

• Experiencia de más de 1 año en KYC
• Licenciatura en areas administrativas
• Pensamiento crítico.
• Fungir como contacto clave con otras áreas.
• Habilidades de comunicación.
• Trabajo en equipo.
• Atención al detalle.
• Experiencia en productos financieros.
• Manejo de Paquetería Office (Excel) y Google Sheets.
