YOUR responsibilities as a Project Portfolio Senior Specialist will include (but not limited to):
- Support best-in-class Project Portfolio Management across the MCO CEE region (Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Poland)
- Ensure high-quality portfolio governance, reporting and key KPIs monitoring
- Support the execution of the LIM process by tracking key portfolio indicators and milestones
- Prepare portfolio analytics, dashboards and management reports to support decision making
- Create and maintain portfolio management tools and ensure data quality
- Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, tools and ways of working
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-country stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment across projects
- Identify risks, improvement opportunities and support the implementation of best practices in portfolio management
About You
We are looking for a Project Portfolio Senior Specialis with the following profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology or another relevant field is an advantage)
- 2-4 years of professional experience in project management, project portfolio management, PMO, business analytics or a similar role
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions
- Experience working with reporting, KPIs and dashboards
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage
- Experience with portfolio management tools (e.g. iPROview) and project management methodologies (e.g. InnoPro) would be considered a strong asset
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment
- Continuous improvement mindset with attention to detail, solution-focused approach
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Fluency in local language (depending on location)
