Responsibilities
The Corporate Director of Nursing, Maternal Child Health Services is a Registered Nurse executive responsible for providing strategic, operational, clinical, and quality leadership for the Maternal Child Health Service Line across the health system. This leader has accountability for developing, implementing, and evaluating system-wide initiatives that promote excellence in women's and children's services, including labor and delivery, postpartum, neonatal, maternal-fetal medicine, and related perinatal services. The Corporate Director collaborates with hospital nursing leaders, physicians, executives, and interdisciplinary teams to establish standardized clinical practices, optimize service line performance, improve patient outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance organizational growth objectives. This role serves as the corporate subject matter expert for Maternal Child Health and provides oversight, guidance, and support to local facility leaders in achieving quality, safety, financial, operational, and patient experience goals. The Corporate Director leads system-wide performance improvement initiatives, develops and monitors key performance indicators, supports strategic planning and service line expansion efforts, and promotes evidence-based clinical practice throughout the organization. The position provides consultation and leadership regarding maternal and neonatal care standards, workforce development, regulatory readiness, accreditation requirements, and program development. The Corporate Director is accountable for driving consistency across facilities, identifying best practices, fostering collaboration among hospitals, and ensuring alignment of Maternal Child Health operations with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic priorities. This position reports directly to the Corporate Vice President of Nursing.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $135,200.00 to $195,811.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
