  • Function as a subject-matter resource for the construction management platform and the real estate lifecycle management platform, supporting configuration, workflow design, and stakeholder scoping across the development-to-construction lifecycle.
  • Identify and eliminate manual, repetitive processes through automation and workflow management; requiring current-state mapping versus future-state optimization.
  • Develop and maintain integration between core real estate systems and enterprise tools; examples: Excel, Snowflake, Databricks, SSMS, Power BI, SharePoint.
  • Build and maintain API integrations, and support low-code/no-code platform extensions in alignment with IT governance standards.
  • Perform and review regular testing, auditing, archiving, data validation, and user access management to maintain accuracy, reliability, governance, and compliance with organizational requirements.
  • Provide proactive leadership in planning and delivering comprehensive training initiatives, including real estate training calls and on-site sessions.
  • Create, update, and maintain training materials and documentation; proactively drive adoption of system enhancements; manage change communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implementation.
  • Lead and contribute to analytical enhancements through special projects in partnership with enterprise real estate, data & analytics, reporting, and other key business functions.
  • Actively participate in evaluating, researching, and implementing enhancements to current and potential real estate technology systems.
  • Perform additional tasks, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Major in Real Estate, Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, system administration, or a similar role supporting large-scale operations.
  • Proficient in data analysis using various tools and statistical packages.
  • Technical aptitude to learn and understand the latest tools and use them to make recommendations and understand large and complex datasets.

  • Must possess strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with construction management platforms (ex. Procore, Projectmates) strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years relevant work experience with Analytics, Real Estate, or Finance.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including knowledge of lookups, pivot tables, and power queries.
  • Experience working with SharePoint as a user and site administrator.
  • Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, GIS Systems (KLI), Smartsheet and Google Earth.
  • Experience with additional real estate or other low-code/no-code lifecycle platforms.
