U-Haul is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated On-Site Management Team to join our organization. This unique opportunity is designed for two professionals who will work together to oversee the daily operations of a U-Haul center, with one individual serving as the General Manager and the other serving as the Assistant Manager.
To be considered for this opportunity, each individual must apply separately for their respective position. One applicant must apply for the General Manager role, and the other applicant must apply for the Assistant Manager role. Together, you will provide leadership, drive business performance, develop team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure the efficient operation of the center.
On-site housing is provided as part of this opportunity. The selected management team will reside in company-provided housing located at the center, offering a convenient living arrangement while allowing you to be fully engaged in the operation and local community.

Storage Center Assistant Manager Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle transactions, storage rentals and customer service.
- Keep regular, detailed and complete records.
- Ensure cleanliness and security of the storage site.
- Assist the storage center manager with directing and motivating center personnel.
- Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
Storage Center Assistant Manager Minimum Qualifications:
- Driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- An eye for detail
Physical Demands:
The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
