This position will be based at our Corporate Headquarters located in Charlotte, NC or Fletcher, NC.

About the Role:

The Spare Parts Commercialization Specialist is responsible for leading the successful introduction and commercialization of service and spare parts for new and existing products. This role partners closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Warehousing, Sales, Marketing, and Supplier teams to ensure spare parts are identified, sourced, priced, documented, and available in support of product launches and lifecycle management activities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure launch readiness and a seamless customer support experience. This position also plays a key role in driving process improvements, improving data accuracy, and enhancing service parts operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end commercialization and launch activities for service and spare parts associated with new product introductions and product updates

  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure parts are accurately identified, sourced, priced, documented, and available to support product launches

  • Manage key launch milestones, including parts setup, pricing, purchase order placement, warehouse readiness, and documentation release

  • Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Warehousing, and Supplier teams to ensure alignment and execution of launch requirements

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support customer communications and launch announcements for new spare parts offerings

  • Track and report key performance indicators related to parts readiness, launch execution, and operational performance

  • Analyze data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement throughout the spare parts commercialization process

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall service parts readiness

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of spare parts information within internal systems and databases

  • Support validation, documentation, and change management activities related to service parts introduction

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of experience in product commercialization, new product introduction (NPI), supply chain, service parts planning, product lifecycle management, or aftermarket operations

  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with service parts, aftermarket operations, or spare parts management

  • Experience supporting new product introductions, commercialization activities, or launch management

  • Knowledge of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and product lifecycle processes

  • Experience with warranty, reliability, quality, or product support functions

  • Supplier management or supplier collaboration experience

  • Experience with Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics and reporting tools
