Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Monitor, assess, and interpret global chemical and product-related
regulations (e.g., REACH, RoHS, PFAS, SCIP, TSCA, POPs ) and other
emerging requirements Translate regulatory developments into business-relevant compliance
strategies and implementation concepts for Infineon products Serve as internal expert for material declaration , substance
compliance , and stewardship topics across the semiconductor value
chain Manage and continuously improve material declaration processes and
associated compliance documentation Evaluate customer-specific declaration requirements and reporting formats
(e.g., IMDS, IPC-1752 ) and support related customer requests Drive cross-functional compliance projects with Sustainability,
Procurement, Quality Management, Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal,
Sales , and Customer Interface teams Represent Infineon in external industry organizations and working groups,
with a focus on ZVEI committees and expert Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed PhD or Master's degree in Chemistry,
Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, Environmental Chemistry, Chemical
Engineering , or a related scientific discipline At least 3–5 years of professional experience in product
compliance , materials compliance , chemical regulations , or a
related field Experience in supporting inquiries from customers and authorities on
compliance and material content topics Ability to influence industry standards , regulatory interpretations,
and best practices through collaboration with peers, authorities, and industry
stakeholders Ability to deliver internal training and regulatory awareness
programs on material compliance and stewardship topics Interest in strategic initiatives related to sustainable materials , circular
economy , and future regulatory requirements Fluent in English (written and spoken); German
