The Work
As a Strategy Consultant, you are at the very heart of our business. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a core member of our growing Strategy team, working side by side with clients on their most complex problems. The position offers an excellent career opportunity for highly motivated consulting professionals. As a leader in our team, you will have the opportunity to:
Assume accountability of assigned activities, timelines and deliverables. Proactively communicate progress, findings and potential issues to senior team members;
Prepare for and participate in client interviews and workshops
Rapidly synthesise qualitative and quantitative information from diverse sources into clear, evidence-based value
Help create hypotheses and a compelling narrative that clients can readily understand
Coordinate with and support junior colleagues, providing guidance and reviewing their analyses where appropriate
Structure problems and take action to solve them by focusing on the most material challenges.
Communicate effectively in a structured manner, with all audiences.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in strategy consulting.
Track record of leading and managing high performing teams.
Strong strategy technical skills – qualitative and quantitative analysis, complex problem solving, industry or functional experience.
First class written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent academic records. Master’s degree preferred.
