Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Comprador(a) de Materiais Indiretos Sr.
Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
## What you’ll do:
Job Summary:
This position will reports to SCM Procurement Manager (IM). The primary responsability of this role is Drives purchasing practices related to mobility and Electrical plants (Valinhos, Mogi Mirim, São Jose, Caxias and Porto Feliz/SP): Identifiy new suppliers (internal and external), negotiate price, align strategy with global category managers, annalyze trends, Cost Out foccus on execution and pipeline creation between manufacturing/CI and guarantee conformity with SCM process.
Job Responsibilities:
\- Negotiations with internal and external suppliers;
\- Deep dive on Commodity Strategy considering global reviews, goals definitions and action implementation to assure expected performance;
\- Responsible for coordinatinate and execute cost out projects, as weel coordinate cost out events to increase pipeline to support PP;
\- Lead SCM process improvement; Supplier Business Review
\- Manage supplier basis seeking for the best solutions (productivity gains, synergy supplies, optimal quality & processes, new technologies);
\- Comply and deploy SCM policies and procedures and support continuous improvement of EBE processes
## Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields;
- Experience in Procurement, with a focus on indirect materials and services;
- Experience with cost analysis and Cost Breakdown methodologies;
Experience developing and implementing Category Management strategies;
- English: with the ability to communicate effectively in global meetings and interact with international leadership. Regular presentations and alignment meetings in English will be part of the role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Desirable:
- Experience with facilities management and contract administration.
