OPEN POSITION:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time or Part-Time
- No Weekends
- No Evenings
- No Holidays
- No On-Call
CLINIC HOURS:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 6:00pm
- 1-Hour Lunch Break
FULL-TIME COMPENSATION:
- $90 to $105+ per Hour, dependent upon experience
- Malpractice Insurance
- Health / Dental / Vision Insurance
- Paid Time Off
- Annual CME Allowance
- License / DEA Fees Paid
- 401k

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant provides routine primary care and low-acuity urgent care services, including but not limited to:
- primary care exams
- chronic condition management
- sick visits
- minor injury care
- laceration repair
- incision and drainage
- sports physicals
- employment physicals
- vaccinations
Providers see an average of 15 to 20 patients per day and are supported by a medical assistant who helps with all visits, including charting and documentation.
The clinic uses CarbyOS, an AI-powered EMR designed to reduce administrative burden.
Approximately 95% of patients are Spanish-speaking and the new provider must be fluent in Spanish.
REQUIREMENTS:
- California NP or PA license
- ability to see patients of all ages
- 1+ year experience in primary care, urgent care, or a related field
- must speak fluent Spanish
