You will work closely with senior leaders, commissioners and regulatory bodies while leading multidisciplinary teams across a geographically dispersed service.

Your main responsibilities would be:

  • Acting as the named Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, professional standards and clinical governance requirements.

  • Leading preparation for inspections, regulatory reviews and audits.

  • Providing senior leadership for clinical governance, quality assurance and risk management.

  • Overseeing safeguarding arrangements and supporting complex safeguarding decisions.

  • Leading operational delivery across mental health contracts and services.

  • Managing commissioner and stakeholder relationships, including NHS organisations, Integrated Care Boards and Local Authorities.

  • Monitoring service performance, quality indicators, participant outcomes and contractual targets.

  • Supporting business growth, contract retention, mobilisation and service development activity.

  • Leading, developing and inspiring multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams.

  • Driving innovation, continuous improvement and service transformation initiatives.

  • Providing oversight of business continuity, governance and organisational risk.

What's in it for you?

A competitive salary, flexible working arrangements and access to excellent development opportunities. You will also benefit from Reed in Partnership's comprehensive employee benefits package, including:

  • 25 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays
  • Reed Pension Scheme
  • Award-winning Management & Leadership training
  • Professional and Personal Development Funds
  • Bi-annual pay reviews
  • Career development and progression opportunities
  • The opportunity to make a genuine difference to individuals, communities and mental health outcomes across the services you lead

At Reed in Partnership, we live and breathe our values. We are fair, open and honest; we take ownership; and we work together to achieve the best outcomes for our colleagues, participants and partners.
