About the location:

There’s a certain magic in the air here that flows effortlessly through Old Town Square, onto Charles Bridge, over the Vltava and all the way up the tallest spires of Prague Castle – and that’s just what you can see from Four Seasons Hotel Prague. Centuries of wonder fill our walls, letting you trace the history of the city from the Baroque era to the neoclassical to modern day. Four Seasons Hotel Prague has a unique location, consists of three historical buildings connected to a new construction, has 157 rooms including 19 suites.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and leading a team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency while fostering a positive and engaging work environment. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

What You Will Do

• Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of service standards and procedures
• Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability
• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and special requests professionally and effectively
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure all relevant operational information is communicated clearly to the team
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
• Monitor service quality and take proactive steps to improve guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and cost management initiatives
• Monitor the condition of facilities and equipment and coordinate necessary improvements or repairs
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences
• Support departmental reporting, administrative tasks, and operational projects as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within Food & Beverage or luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of Food & Beverage operations, service standards, and guest expectations
• Working knowledge of hospitality systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong business awareness and attention to detail
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage

Schedule & Hours

• Full-time position.
• Expected schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts.
