This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Finished Goods Planner in Huixquilucan, Mexico with Signify.
Manage the end-to-end replenishment and fulfillment process to ensure product availability and timely delivery to customers.
Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, planning parameters, intake plans, and inventory levels to optimize availability and minimize costs.
Release and monitor POs according to the supply plan, coordinating vendor confirmations and ensuring the full MTS/MTO fulfillment cycle through product availability.
Collaborate with internal teams and internal/external suppliers to resolve issues, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery and service levels.
Analyze fulfillment, availability, and inventory performance; identify risks and opportunities; and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and costs.
More about you
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Candidates from other academic backgrounds may be considered with relevant experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
3–5 years of experience primarily in Procurement/Purchasing, including supplier management, purchase planning, order management, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management is a plus.
Advanced English proficiency.
Knowledge of SAP IBP and experience working with supply chain planning tools and processes.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to proactively drive activities and resolve issues.
