Battle House Laser Tag is looking for an awesome, dependable person to join our Wilmington team full time.
This is more than just standing behind a counter. You will help run the building, take care of customers, support the team, solve problems, and make sure people leave saying they had an awesome time.
We are looking for someone who wants steady hours, likes working with people, can take responsibility, and wants the opportunity to grow.
What You Will Do
• Help lead daily operations during your shifts
• Check customers in and help them get ready to play
• Answer phones and customer questions
• Process payments and reservations
• Help organize birthday parties, groups, and events
• Support and guide other team members
• Help solve customer issues when they come up
• Keep the building organized, clean, and ready for customers
• Help make sure every group has an awesome experience
Who We Are Looking For
You do not need years of management experience.

You should be:
