As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Driver in Liverpool, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a utilities location, you will create a welcoming, professional first impression while monitoring access, greeting visitors, verifying credentials, and supporting security-related procedures. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in the job state. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and utility operations personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and security-related policies at the front desk.
• Monitor visitor entry, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide information and assistance, and communicate professionally with building occupants, guests, and authorized personnel.
• Monitor front-desk communications, alarms, and access-control activity; report unusual conditions, access concerns, and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
